- Create and manage your account.
- Facilitate bookings, quotes, and payments between customers and providers.
- Send notifications about your requests, quotes, payments, and disputes.

- Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paystack, a third-party payment provider. When you make a payment, your card details are submitted directly to Paystack and are governed by Paystack's own privacy policy. We receive only a transaction reference and confirmation of payment status.

- With the provider or customer on the other side of a booking, to the extent necessary to fulfil the service (e.g., contact name, phone, and service location shared with an accepted provider).
- With JulineServices administrators when reviewing disputes or investigating platform issues.
- With Paystack to process payments and payouts.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the platform.
- Data Retention
